For years, we wanted to have a holiday tradition

In 2022, we decided to start this tradition of an annual Gingerbread House Competition.

Kristin grew up camping multiple times a year with family & friends. At a Memorial Day camping trip years ago the group held a s’mores competition that started small but inevitably became a very competitive annual event. That event was the inspiration for the birth of the Liebman Gingerbread Competition. We have competed in the s’mores competition multiple times and even won the creative category in the competition with our “churro s’more” (2 square churros with melted marshmallow and chocolate, topped with vanilla ice cream)

Now, we host the Gingerbread House Competition every year. It continues to get a little more serious year after year and the level of competition and creativeness is amazing.

It’s our special way of celebrating the holidays and getting to share the spirit and season with our friends. Thank you for participating in our special tradition and good luck in the competition!
